Description
A mounting aid for easy mounting of double wedge gaskets in a glass wall aluminum frame. Double wedge gaskets are sometimes used instead of a wedge and a base gasket. On certain aluminum frames and thicker glass panes (12.76 mm), for example.
When using two wedges, the glass is just loosely placed in the profile and is moved laterally as the first wedge is inserted. This is when this smart tool comes in handy! It keeps the glass pane in position until the second wedge gasket can be inserted.
How to:
The tool is mounted in the aluminum profile on one side of the glass pane and then the first wedge is mounted on the opposite side. When the first side is ready, finish the other side as you remove the tool and insert the second wedge.
